A Fall Mansion Wedding
To say that I’m obsessed with bridal gowns is quite an understatement. You can imagine my excitement when a gorgeous wedding popped into my inbox and there was a stunning gown which caught my eyes. This dress is so pretty that I missed all the other lovely details of this beautiful fall wedding. Like the breathtaking florals which highlight the fall season so perfectly has me loving this season even more. The colors are fabulous and compliment the venue in the loveliest of ways. I can not believe I missed the cute ice cream cones that guests enjoyed as a treat. What a fun way to have some desserts! I love it! So, can we please go back to the gown of the hour? I first have to say that the bride looks super amazing and without her, I think this gown has no chance. Not all gowns look good on the rack, but once they are on, they look fabulous! And this bride really looks great in this gown. I really love the gold sash wrapped around the waist, and that veil! Oh my goodness, I can not handle how pretty is is! It flows so elegantly and is so romantic. I can go on and on about this bridal gown and this fall wedding, but I think its best if you take a look for yourself and see what Michael David Photography has captured. Enjoy this Fall beauty!

EMERALD
(Tulle & Chantilly Photography)
Emerald is the color of beauty and elegance that will bring harmony and balance because its rich and intoxicating tone.
OLIVE GREEN
(Tulle & Chantilly Photography)
Green is a softer shade of turquoise and can be paired with any type of pastel colors. It is an eye catching tone that combines Spring, Summer and Fall season. I love the idea of mixing bright colors with rustic details. Who says who can’t mix two seasons together?
CARAFE
(Tulle & Chantilly Photography)
This color scheme is very earthy and rustic at the same time. This is a great choice for Fall or rustic-barn theme because of its mild look. Carafe is a great tone if you want a neutral look that compliments the scenery, flowers, and overall setting. From the decors to dessert bar, you can never go wrong with this color because it matches well with everything!
BLUE
(Tulle & Chantilly Photography)
The best way to incorporate “Something Blue” in your wedding. How cute is this? I love the tone because it is something beautiful, something preppy and something perfect! Get it?
VIVACIOUS
(Tulle & Chantilly Photography)
Fuchsia or “Vivacious” is such a live color that will grab everybody’s attention. If you want to dress up your wedding in the color of love and romance, this color scheme is best choice for you! The tone is much more on the feminine side and screams fabulous. If your fiancé does not mind the bold color, why not?
So Bridal Hot List beauties, which color palette would you choose?
Five Trending Fall Eyeliners
Hi there bridal beauties! Here at Bridal Hot List we’re keeping our eye on trends and we are very pleased to announce the cat eye is back and is more fun than ever before. We’re loving seeing fun twists on the classic cat eye, which you can emulate using any of these five trending eyeliners.
Blue is beautiful, let’s keep that straight. This fall, we’re loving solid cobalt blueliner. We like Covergirl’s Perfect Blend liner in “Cobalt Blue 135” ($5-$6, drugstores) for a royal blue that screams Kate Middleton (even if you’re more of a Pippa). Use the blender on the end of the pencil to create a blended look, or keep the lines bold for bachelorette parties.
If you are more of a Kate than a Pippa, maybe a nude liner would be better for you. Line your lids with a flesh toned kohl for a seriously sleek look. We love Rimmel’s Scandaleyes eyeliner in “Nude 005” ($4, drugstores) because it’s easy to blend but stays only where you want it to be. Doing a trendy cat eye in an unexpected color like nude makes two classics fresh all over again!
One color trend that is absolutely booming this season is deep violets. We love MAC’s Pearlglide Intense Eyeliner in “Almost Noir” ($16, MAC counters) for being bold, deep, and beautiful on all skintones. The color itself is complex and complimentary without being overwhelming to most looks.
If you’re more of a traditionalist, pick up a black liner that lets you easily play with thickness and color saturation. The “Super Skinny Marker” by NYX ($9, beauty supply stores) is easy to handle and can create subtle liner looks or dramatic angel wings with the flick of a wrist. Plus, you can go lighter or harder to create a lighter or darker liner.
A bold powercolor can always be fun. We love “Electric” by Urban Decay ($19, Sephora) as a bold bright blue. For a super trendy Fall liner look, do a thick wing with this blue, then go over it again with a thin black close to your eyelid. Layered eyeliner creates a dramatic, confident look that will be a hit at any bachelorette events you have lined up.
Five Fall Wedding Venues
Summer is over and we have entered a whole new wedding season… Fall Weddings! It’s the time of year for warm colors, cool nights and savory treats. We at Bridal Hot List are excited for the trends and festivities of fall and decided to explore some exciting fall venue options!
Vineyard
A vineyard is a beautiful option for a fall wedding. The leaves are turning vibrant shades of orange, brown, rust, red and every other shade of autumn. Whether you want an indoor ceremony, outdoor or combination of both most vineyards provide multiple venue options. Have your ceremony just before sunset overlooking gorgeous scenery and providing romantic photo opportunities. Move indoors for the reception, lit by white string lights and sip on the vineyards specialty wines.
Destination Wedding
If you live in an area of the United States whose reputation for fall weather is not ideal, a destination wedding may be the option for you. Though fall weather is often brisk in the states, in many other parts of the world the weather is still amazing. Travel to a tropical location for a wedding on the beach or hop over the pond to Europe for a Tuscan villa wedding. Destination weddings are always an intimate option for couples who want to share the day with their closest family and friends.
Rustic Outdoor/Indoor Wedding
Early fall is the opportune time for rustic weddings. As the weather cools and the colors change into warmer shades it becomes the perfect setting for a barn or ranch wedding. Barn and ranch venues are gaining popularity and vintage weddings are on the rise. Now more than ever vendors are offering vintage furniture rentals and decorative accents like mason jars or vintage candelabras. Have your wedding in a quaint barn romantically lit by candles. Add a large vintage chandelier in the center of the reception for that perfect wow factor.
New England
As the seasons change and holidays approach there is no place that embodies the spirit of fall like New England. If you love fall because of the changing of the leaves and crisp weather, then host your wedding at a lodge in Vermont. You can also surround yourself in the true fall landscape at a bed and breakfast in Connecticut or at a scenic mountain resort in upstate New York. The brick and brownstone architecture is stunning and will create a picturesque getaway for your special day.
The Park
Before winter comes and the weather outside is too cold and rainy for an outdoor wedding, take advantage of the last of the warm days and cool nights. A park is a great outdoor location to have a small and intimate ceremony. Just before the last leaves fall from the trees, say I do under the multi-colored foliage in the fall breeze. For example, hold your wedding at a hotel in Yosemite National Park where you are surrounded by amazing landscapes, the epitome of fall beauty.
