Now, that is a statement tabletop design with all the lush and gorgeous pink florals, the gold shine, and all the bling which really makes this table stand out.  I can really go on about ALL the details from this wedding styled shoot, but I think I will leave some of the details for you to comment on.  This is one styled shoot you will not want to miss, so take some time to find your favorite detail and share  in the comments below.

Styled Photo Shoot: Rustic Garden Wedding

Sometimes when I see the first images of a styled wedding photo shoot, I feel like my heart is going to come out of my chest. It is just a styled shoot, and not even a real wedding. But man, does it feel like one!  Every lovely detail from the grand dessert table, the gorgeous couple, the stunning gowns, the pretty florals, and the beautiful colors,  makes my heart sing.  When you have a  fabulous team of vendors together with talented photographer, L’Estelle Photography, you have a whimsical garden masterpiece. A masterpiece worthy of a standing ovation. Yes, this styled shoot is totally after my vintage wedding loving heart.  I can not stop swooning over all the prettiness.

From  L’Estelle Photography

The style of this session is rustic with a modern twist, and the theme is romance in a summer garden. The set is decorated with soft and fresh colors, such as yellows, pinks, and greens, with gold details being the emphasis to depict the luxurious feel. We found this little secret garden in the urban city; it is so quiet and beautiful, and is a perfect location for a whimsical wedding.

Our planner, D’Love Affair Wedding & Events, sourced all vendors and made this session happen. The set is provided and designed by Past Pieces, from small details like vintage books and suitcases, to big items like the wooden doors, and beautiful couches. We love the rustic dessert table, supported by wine barrels.

The beautiful wedding dress, from Pronovias’ new 2015 collection, is provided by Clara Couture Bridal. This dress features an unique loose strap design, with elegant bead work. The jewelleries, designed by Mirror Mirror Bijoux, also complimented the pink sequins dress with its unique colors and textures.

The grand dessert and cake is all designed and handcrafted by Kitty Wong Pastry Shop. The wedding cake, also the main focus of the dessert table, is made with exquisite details like ruffles and gold sequins. The cake was painted with white and gold watercolor effects, and decorated with pink and ivory flowers; all the details are handmade and are edible!

Something sweet and scrumptous has landed in our inbox this lovely morning. We are totally obsessed with weddings (of course right?!), and then add a bit of tasty treats, and it is all over. Over in a second! One look, and that small tasty bite is gone.  But there are times that it is hard to eat that yummy sweet because the presentation look so darn pretty, you hate to ruin it.  We are drooling over all the uber styling and desserts from a gorgeously talented Kim White of Two’s A Party. This lovely girl is more than just desserts. She creates the most amazing, stylish, and gorgeous things, you cant help but fall in love. Whether it’s a simple crystal pin, a flower or a full on headpiece, nothing compliments a bride’s freshly done make-up than some flattering adornment in her hair. They did it in the 1920’s and they’re continuing to do it today.  This trend won’t go away for a while.

Floral Belts
Many brides will always want to keep their look classic, so having flowers on your belt keeps the tradition of the classic bride yet it adds a fun and flirty look to it all.  There was such a demand for flowers that we decided to create our Build Your Own Belt line! Each bride has the opportunity to pick the belt, the types of flowers and the adornment so that it’s customized specifically FOR her BY her.

Black Accessories
From the bride to her bridesmaids, women are getting more bold by experimenting with color. We’ve seen a surge of weddings where brides have worn black sashes. Some brides love the black and white look but may not be bold enough to wear it. Instead, they put it on their bridesmaids! For this particular wedding, we had the MOH in our Nadya Belt and the bridesmaids wore a customized belt that we did just for them. It was so popular that we named it after one of the bridesmaids! It’s called the Tina Belt.

From Carmen of Expressionary Events
Our inspiration for this shoot came from the gorgeous southern californian beaches. We wanted to create a beach feel for the Hilton, Costa Mesa.  So, for the bride that wants to bring elements of beach that can’t necessary afford the beach venue, the beach elements can be incorporated and brought into the hotel. Seashells were added in the vases of the centerpieces, and the bride’s jewelry has stars and seashells. We wanted to use the word LOVE in a creative way. It is used with the bride’s earrings, on the aisle runner, and even on the plates of the cake. A fun summer leading into fall wedding idea with inspiration colors that could be used for either season.  Lush, romantic flowers, celebrating love.
