For engagement session submission:
- The location of the shoot, the couple’s name, reason for the location choice (is there something special for the couple, etc)
- The wedding date of the couple
- A little bit about the experience of the working with the couple
- Some information about the wedding vision from the couple
- I normally like to quote directly from the photographer as it is more personal this way. So your experience of working with the couple, I like to have it quoted from you. Of course I will be doing an introduction as well.
- At least 10 photographs of the engagement session.
- All photos to be 600 X 400 in size, any smaller it does not look good, and if you send me larger size it looks to big, however I can re-size if needed.
For a wedding submission:
- I would like information from the bride or groom, or from yourself regarding the wedding details such as: Wedding location, style, theme, guest count, food, cake, decor details, wedding details, colors, and anything else unique or special. So this can be quote from you, or from the bride or groom. This to be told in a story form or summary, and not bullet points. This is to be personal like.
- Photos to accompany the details, such as cake, food, ceremony, reception details, guest book, flowers, the bride and groom of course, and any other details you like to share. The more detail shots, the better!
- A list of all the vendors including the venue. I will only link to you, and other vendors will be mentioned by name.
- All photos to be 600 X 400 in size, any smaller it does not look good, and if you send me larger size it looks to big, however I can re-size if needed.
Also note that you need to add at least 15 photos, or as many photos that can show off the wedding details.
